Welcome!
We're Annie and Nick! We love nature, living sustainably, and regenerative farming. We sell grass-fed raw milk and beef, pastured poultry and free-ranged eggs in Lake Crystal, MN. At Straight Up Outside, we'll teach you about pasture-based meats and getting outside!

    Winter bale grazing is a large element of regenerative farming 🐄 Our beef herd lives on 25 acres that was conventionally farmed for a hundred years and has been flooded by a nearby river many times. The soil is sandy and lacks a nutritional topsoil 🌱 In the winter months, we utilize the herd to add the much needed nitrogen back to the soil.
